Purpose

These terms and conditions govern table reservations, gift vouchers and private hire booked with the Hestia restaurants (Paris 5th and 17th arrondissements), directly or through hestia-restaurant.com.

Reservations

Reservations are made online (TheFork module), by telephone or by e-mail. A bank guarantee may be required for certain dates or group sizes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, absent an amicable agreement, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
