The ChefLoïc Dantec
Ever since my childhood in Normandy, I have always wanted to be a chef. I have had the privilege of working in some of Paris’s finest establishments, including L’Espadon at the Ritz, and Épicure and Le 114 Faubourg at Le Bristol.
Each experience has deepened my passion for this craft. Together with my team, we have created an ever-evolving menu that pays tribute to artisans, championing exceptional produce and nurturing our shared passion for wine.
